Terms and conditions

These labour rates apply to all types of labour including support, repairs, website design, and database design.

1. No callout fee is applicable for areas within a 20km radius of Ren I.T.'s office (Gilston, Gold Coast). All other areas will incur a callout fee relative to the distance and time required to reach that area. If you are outside of the free callout zone, please contact us for a free callout fee quote.
2. Minimum and maximum charge for workshop service is per computer system - ie. If you bring two or more computer systems in for service the computers will be assessed, serviced, and invoiced independently as seperate jobs.
3. All prices exclude GST. Ren I.T. does not currently charge GST on it's products and services.
4. Minimum charge for an onsite service is 45 minutes. Any subsequent time onsite is charged in 15 minute blocks.
5. Minimum charge for workshop service is 30 minutes. Any subsequent time onsite is charged in 15 minute blocks.
6. We reserve the right to change these service charge rates at any time without notice.
